      By downloading or using Crypto Portfolio App & Widget (“the App”) you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s standard EULA for apps distributed on the App Store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2. Service<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      The App is a view-only tool<\/strong> that displays the estimated value of a crypto portfolio based on amounts you enter and market data provided by CoinGecko. It provides no trading, exchange, transfer, or wallet functionality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      3. Subscription<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Features are unlocked by the auto-renewable subscription “Crypto Portfolio Pro” (monthly or yearly; price as shown in the App Store). Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period<\/strong> via Settings \u2192 Apple ID \u2192 Subscriptions. Refunds follow Apple’s policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      4. Disclaimer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      All prices, values and charts are for information only and do not constitute investment advice<\/strong>. Accuracy, completeness and timeliness are not guaranteed. The developer is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the App, including investment losses. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      5. Prohibited Conduct<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
