第1条（適用）
本規約は、本アプリの利用に関する条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード・利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。AppleのメディアサービスにおけるEULA（標準使用許諾契約）も併せて適用されます。
第2条（サービス内容）
本アプリは、ユーザーが入力した保有数量と、CoinGecko社が提供する市場価格データに基づき、暗号資産ポートフォリオの評価額等を表示する閲覧専用ツールです。売買・交換・送金・保管（ウォレット）機能は提供しません。
第3条（サブスクリプション）
- 本アプリの機能は、自動更新サブスクリプション「Crypto Portfolio Pro」（月額または年額。価格はApp Storeの表示に従う）により利用できます。
- 購読はApple IDに課金され、期間終了の24時間前までにApp Storeの設定から解約しない限り自動更新されます。
- 解約は「設定 → Apple ID → サブスクリプション」から行えます。日割り返金はAppleのポリシーに従います。
第4条（免責）
- 本アプリが表示する価格・評価額・チャート等は情報提供のみを目的とし、投資助言・勧誘ではありません。
- 表示データの正確性・完全性・最新性は保証されません。データ提供元（CoinGecko）や通信状況により、遅延・欠落・誤差が生じることがあります。
- 本アプリの利用または利用不能により生じたいかなる損害（投資判断による損失を含む）についても、開発者は責任を負いません。投資判断はご自身の責任で行ってください。
第5条（禁止事項）
リバースエンジニアリング、本アプリから取得したデータの再配布・商用転売、不正アクセス、その他法令に違反する行為を禁止します。
第6条（知的財産）
本アプリおよびそのデザイン・アイコン等の権利は開発者に帰属します。価格データの権利はCoinGeckoに帰属します（Powered by CoinGecko）。
第7条（規約の変更・提供の終了）
開発者は、必要に応じて本規約の変更、本アプリの仕様変更・提供終了を行うことができます。
第8条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関する紛争は開発者所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄とします。

1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Crypto Portfolio App & Widget (“the App”) you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s standard EULA for apps distributed on the App Store.
2. Service
The App is a view-only tool that displays the estimated value of a crypto portfolio based on amounts you enter and market data provided by CoinGecko. It provides no trading, exchange, transfer, or wallet functionality.
3. Subscription
Features are unlocked by the auto-renewable subscription “Crypto Portfolio Pro” (monthly or yearly; price as shown in the App Store). Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds follow Apple’s policies.
4. Disclaimer
All prices, values and charts are for information only and do not constitute investment advice. Accuracy, completeness and timeliness are not guaranteed. The developer is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the App, including investment losses. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Reverse engineering, redistribution or resale of data obtained through the App, unauthorized access, and any unlawful use are prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property
The App and its design belong to the developer. Market data belongs to CoinGecko (Powered by CoinGecko).
7. Changes / Termination
The developer may amend these Terms and may modify or discontinue the App.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan; the court with jurisdiction over the developer’s location shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
